Red Line Painting specializes in the unique opportunity condo associations provide. No single project is the same, and each one must be evaluated to develop a proper coating plan.
We provide free consultations and custom paint solutions based on the associations’ needs and budget.
We pride ourselves in handling the challenges associated with:
Wrought iron fences, metal balconies, wood porches, masonry sealing and painting, split face block sealing, interior hallways and stairways, drywall and water damage repairs, low and Zero VOC paint options, unique access solutions for hard to reach areas and detailed warranties.
Customer communication is one of the most important factors to ensure a quality experience. We strive to make sure all involved parties are kept informed of the start and finish times, pre-determining work hours, and making sure the process is as least impactful as possible for the unit owners. Upon request, we can also bill homeowners individually to make it easier for the board.

OUR WORK
This 5 building condo association located at California and Irving Park required several types of paint systems. Wrought iron fencing, Wood trim, deck staining, and wood repair, were just some of the items completed on this project. The key to our success is constant customer communication and using only the best products for the job.
This projected consisted of 2000 linear feet of fence, 40 balconies, and a unique bridge linking two buildings together. Located at Monroe and throop, this condo association has continued to use Red Line Painting’s yearly maintenance services to keep this project looking good for years to come.
Proper prep is crucial to a long lasting paint job. Red Line Painting takes pride using a variety of tools to remove failing paint in rust. Air assisted power tools, power washing, de-glossing all painted surfaces, and industrial primers make sure the job is going to be done right from start to finish.
